Wow – it's good to be back!  Thanks to all of you who wrote such nice notes while the site was being moved.  Yes – MOVED!

Apparently I was violating some new WordPress trademark law – even though I've had my domain since 1995 and their new 'law' went into effect last year.  So I started getting e-mails from them about my violation. 

So just move it – right?  Well, yes and no.  This site is so old and so big that the database would not restore at the new location.  No matter what I did, it just wouldn't restore.  I finally came up with a workaround – yep, that's why I'm The Wizard – and now all is finally well.

You can still access me by TheWordPressWizard.com.  But you will notice in the address bar that it says TheWPWizard.com.  That was their entire problem – they don't want to see WordPress in any address bar other than their own.

So now – back to work bringing you the latest WordPress and blogging news and timely information.
